As an exclusive residential resort with international design standards, we are setting standards for urban luxury, innovation and brand architecture.

For the operational management of this extraordinary project, we are looking for a committed

Project Manager (m/f/d)

with international experience.

Work location: BRABUS Headquarters in Bottrop/Germany, alternatively remote within Germany with regular presence at BRABUS Headquarters.

YOUR TASKS IN DETAIL

You will play a key role in the BRABUS Island real estate project, ensuring that all project phases are implemented in line with the brand. You will act as a link between property developers, authorities, architectural teams and BRABUS as licensor. In this role, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Director of Strategy.

1. management of the real estate project BRABUS Island Abu Dhabi

• Management and coordination of all interdisciplinary teams, specialist departments and external partners involved, including definition of clear project goals, sub-goals and work packages

• Establishing and maintaining a sustainable project structure and documentation, including planning, implementing and monitoring the project realisation of design, construction and completion phases in line with time and budget constraints

• Reporting and regular reporting (including status reports and presentations) to management.

2. coordination of cross-functional initiatives

• Structuring of project communication (daily operational coordination through to formal communication with various project committees)

• Monitoring compliance with the licence agreement, in particular with regard to design DNA, materials, brand management and exclusivity agreements

• Interface with design and architecture teams during the implementation of the BRABUS design lines (Black & Bold, White Bliss, Gray Haven)

• Contract management (design, monitoring and control of project-related contracts)

• Risk management (identification, assessment and proactive resolution of risks and challenges)

• Stakeholder management at an international level - binding, transparent and goal-orientated

YOUR EXPERIENCE / KNOW-HOW

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, economics (each with a focus on project management) or related fields desirable

• Proven experience in managing large, international projects - ideally in the construction, real estate or infrastructure sector

• Business fluent in written and spoken English and ideally knowledge of German

• High structural competence, organisational strength and a professional appearance in complex project structures

• Strong quality awareness, organisational talent and strong communication skills

• Intercultural experience, especially in the context of Germany / GCC region

• Experience in dealing with international licence agreements and brand guidelines is an advantage

• Confident handling of project management tools such as MS Project, MS Excel and common documentation software

• High willingness to travel to the GCC region
